What deletion removes
Deletion removes the Dingcade login and authentication identities, private email and player profile, public player name and avatar, balances and balance history, gameplay records, progression, XP, missions, achievements, titles, badges, cosmetics, referrals, social relationships, push-notification registrations, and saved settings.
What may be retained
Completed purchase and payment records, payment-processor records, chargeback or fraud-prevention evidence, and support communications may be retained only for the period required by accounting, tax, payment-dispute, security, or other legal obligations. Records kept for those reasons are not kept as an active Dingcade player account.

Timing and help
Self-service deletion is processed immediately. Email requests are reviewed after account ownership is verified and completed within a reasonably necessary period. If a legal retention requirement applies, the Privacy team will explain the affected record category.
