Dingcade Terms of Service

Welcome to Dingcade. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Dingcade, a web-based arcade game and related website, games, services, and virtual items operated by EFANCY LLC ("EFANCY," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2. Nature of Services
EFANCY LLC operates Dingcade, an online entertainment platform offering interactive arcade games, progression, and virtual items. Our Services are provided for entertainment purposes only.
Dingcade provides recurring free participation methods, subject to disclosed cooldowns, daily or weekly limits, eligibility rules, and anti-abuse controls. Free and purchased Arcade Tokens provide access to the same Machines, rules, and possible gameplay outcomes. A purchase may provide additional or more immediate play opportunities, but it does not improve the rules, probabilities, or result of any individual round.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Services are void where prohibited by law and are not available in jurisdictions that we designate as restricted from time to time.
5. Virtual Items
The Services may include Arcade Tokens, Tickets, cosmetic entitlements, credits, or similar digital items. Virtual Items are account-bound, have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold or exchanged between users, and are not redeemable for cash, gift cards, store credit, physical merchandise, or other cash equivalents.
6. Purchases
Users may optionally purchase Virtual Items to enhance gameplay. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Ticket Redemptions and Partner Discount Offers
At launch, Tickets may be redeemed at a fixed Ticket price only for eligible in-game virtual items. Dingcade does not offer physical merchandise, cash, gift cards, store credit, free products, or other cash-equivalent Ticket redemptions.
If separately enabled in a later phase after Stripe accepts the exact model in writing, Dingcade may allow Tickets to be redeemed at a fixed, non-random Ticket price for limited percentage discount codes funded and fulfilled by independent third-party merchants. Each offer will display the merchant-provided percentage, maximum discount, minimum purchase if any, expiration, territory, and other material restrictions before redemption.
Partner discount codes require a separate purchase from the applicable merchant, are one-time, non-transferable, not for resale, and cannot be combined with other offers. The merchant is the seller of record and is solely responsible for its products or services, checkout, payment processing, taxes, fulfillment, returns, refunds, and application of the discount. Dingcade does not collect or process the merchant order payment and may earn an affiliate commission only through the affiliate network. Each offer will state: “Dingcade may earn a commission from qualifying purchases.”
8. Prohibited Conduct
- use bots, scripts, automation, or other unfair means,
- create multiple accounts to abuse promotions,
- misrepresent your age or location,
- reverse engineer or interfere with the Services,
- attempt fraud, chargeback abuse, or manipulation of gameplay,
- sell, transfer, share, duplicate, or otherwise misuse a Ticket redemption or partner discount code.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or created legal, security, or reputational risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFANCY LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFANCY LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EFANCY LLC and its affiliates from claims or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
