EFANCY LLC ("EFANCY," "we," "us," or "our") operates Dingcade. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Dingcade, our website, games, services, and virtual items.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, account credentials, customer support communications, and payment-related information handled by payment processors.

We may also collect information automatically, including IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, usage activity, gameplay data, cookies, and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

  • provide, operate, and improve the Services,
  • create and manage your account,
  • process transactions and deliver virtual items,
  • administer virtual-item and Ticket redemptions,
  • if partner discount offers are enabled, attribute offer clicks, code issuance, and qualifying affiliate conversions,
  • verify eligibility and location,
  • detect fraud, abuse, and security issues,
  • communicate with you, and
  • comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable, we process personal information based on your consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

We may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand usage, improve performance, and support security and fraud prevention.

We may share information with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, fraud prevention vendors, authorities where required, and professional advisors as necessary to operate the Services. If partner discount offers are enabled, limited attribution or redemption information may also be shared with the applicable affiliate network or merchant under its own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. International Users

Our Services may be operated from the United States and other jurisdictions. By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, administer redemptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

For anonymous partner-platform guest sessions, we automatically delete the guest account and associated player data after 90 consecutive days without a sign-in, game start, or settlement. De-identified aggregate analytics may be retained.

You may permanently delete your Dingcade account and associated player data through the account deletion page. Completed transaction records, payment-processor records, fraud-prevention evidence, and support communications may be retained only for the period required by accounting, tax, payment-dispute, security, or other legal obligations. Any retained record is no longer maintained as an active player account.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.

11. California Privacy Notice

If you are a California resident, you may have additional privacy rights under California law, subject to exceptions.
